Options that promote safety – and convenience

We hope this note finds you and your family well. At Citizens, we recognize that these are unprecedented times and are reaching out to assure you that we are here for you. We are also doing our part to help minimize the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) by offering self-service solutions to help manage your account.

 

You can file and track a claim, pay your bill or set up EFT reoccurring payments, access policy documents, sign up for paperless billing and more using My Hanover Policy, or the Hanover Mobile app.

You may call us regarding a claim at 800-628-0250.

For certain claims, you may be able to upload photos and provide video of damage rather than have an adjuster visit your home or business. If an onsite inspection is needed, please note that we are taking extra safety precautions in accordance with CDC guidelines.
